Currently we are looking for 3D Artists Experience:
at least 3 years in professional CG production Knowledge:

• Excellent skills in modelling and texturing,
• Good skills in lighting, shading and rendering,
• Experience in animation
• Experience in mixed application pipelines (file exchange via .fbx, .mdd, etc.)
• Very good command of English - both written and spoken

Software skills:

• Expert in one of these 3D applications: 3D Max, Maya or Lightwave3D Basics in Lightwave3D (at least Rendering)
• Current Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basics in compositing techniques (After Effects or DigitalFusion)

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers responsible for creating default styles for the Silverlight, ASP.NET and WPF product lines
• Support team’s technical needs by trouble shooting integration and tools issues
• Assign project ownership to team member
• Lead the design efforts of the team, setting the standard in terms of quality, attention to detail and work ethic
• Translate/Export initial designs to HTML/CSS, Silverlight and WPF-specific XAML
• Integrate design assets directly into the product Requirements
• Adobe Fireworks or equivalent experience
• Adobe Flash or equivalent experience
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with or proven knowledge of one of the following Microsoft user interface technologies – ASP.NET, WPF or Silverlight
• Passion for visual design, interaction design and user interface best practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments, technologies and OSs (Windows 2000/XP/Vista).
• Collaborative and team oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines. Commitment to team goals
• Very good command of English
• Pluses:
- Microsoft Expression Blend experience
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 experience
- Knowledge of XAML
- Intermediate to Advanced ActionScript experience
- Intermediate to Advanced C# experience.
